As president of student government at Briar Cliff, Katie Glover is used to making big decisions. However, the Sioux City native knows it is sometimes the smallest things that make the most impact.
“I love random acts of kindness. Helping people with the smallest things such as opening the door for someone can really make the biggest difference,” says Katie who has ambitions to attend law school after graduation.
She draws her inspiration for making small gestures from her family who has long stressed the importance of kindness.
“My parents taught us to be kind no matter what. I’ve always looked up to them. Their support has made a huge difference in my life.”
